Birthdays, weddings, company parties, New Year’s Eve – countless celebrations or even a nice evening for two start with a glass of sparkling wine. Now you can also enjoy these festive occasions non-alcoholically with our first-class sparkling wines from Austria.
Procedure
Our non-alcoholic wines are produced in close co-operation with selected, befriended top winegrowers from Austria and Germany. Only the best grapes are selected and vinified with the greatest care to create perfect base wines. These then form the high-quality basis for our sophisticated non-alcoholic wines. This is the only way to adequately balance the flavour and compensate for the lack of alcohol. Non-alcoholic wines are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative for people who wish to avoid alcohol or who have to do without conventional wine due to its alcohol content.

The prehistory
Our backstory begins in 2023, when two friends join forces to do business together. The idea of entering the growing global market with high-quality, non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines matures in Dubai.

THEZERO sees the light of day.
The new expressive word-image brand THEZERO is created. At the centre of the brand is Bacchus, the god of fertility and wine, as a striking symbol of recognition. This is accompanied by a clear emphasis on wine, the origin of all THEZERO products.

New management
Jürgen Kessler takes over as Managing Director and leads THEZERO on a course of international growth and expansion.
2024
New partners
More and more new partners are joining THEZERO. These include 'Weinhaus Döllerer' in Austria, 'Haus Österreich' in Lucerne/Switzerland and 'Romy Münchow' in southern Germany, one of the first partners. THEZERO is already expanding internationally to Japan, Singapore, Canada and the USA.

Mulled wine without alcohol
Glühfrei Blanc and Rosé are launched on the market. As a high-quality alternative, mulled wine is now available for all those who want to avoid alcohol but not the flavour of cinnamon and oranges.

Expansion into China
THEZERO presents itself for the first time in China at Prowein in Shanghai. The interest from importers, distributors, wine merchants and online shops is enormous. Together with partners, the journey begins in the land of the rising sun.

THEZERO switches to ADrinks and gets a new home base in Bürs in Bremschlstraße.
