Our winegrowers
Our non-alcoholic wines are produced in close co-operation with selected, befriended top winegrowers from Austria and Germany. Only the best grapes are selected and developed into perfect base wines with the utmost care.
The procedure
Manufacture
By using state-of-the-art technology, we are able to remove the alcohol without any significant loss of flavour or aroma. The original wine is gently heated under vacuum so that the alcohol molecules evaporate while the flavours and essential components of the wine remain unchanged.
