Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company.

The protection of your privacy when using our website is very important to us, and we therefore use your data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. Below we inform you about how we handle your data.

Webserver protocols

In principle, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are. However, as is usual with almost all websites, the server on which our websites are located (hereinafter referred to as the ‘web server’) automatically collects information when you visit us on the Internet.

The web server automatically recognises certain personal data such as your IP address, the date and time you visited our site, the browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer), the operating system you are using (e.g. Windows 10) and the domain name and address of your internet provider (e.g. AOL). If our website uses cookies (as explained below), the web server also stores this information.

Notice
We use so-called IP masking technology on our web server. This means that our server anonymises your IP address. For this purpose, the last 8 bits are removed from IPV4 addresses and the last 64 bits from IPV6 addresses.

Framework Firewall, Brute-Force, IP Blocking

We use security plugins within our WordPress installation to protect our website from attacks by hackers, bots and spamware. This may result in the IP addresses of users who attempt to log in to our administration interface multiple times (20 times per minute in our setting) being saved in order to block them in the long term. We maintain this setting on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) in terms of the security of our website.

Cookies

We use cookies on your browser. Cookies are small files with configuration settings that help us to determine the frequency and type of use of our website. Cookies are also used to realise certain user functions. We do not collect any personal data via cookies. It is also possible to use our online services without cookies. However, we would like to point out that in this case it is possible that not all functions of this website can be used to their full extent.

DATA PROTECTION TIP
‘Session’ cookies are time-limited and are deleted when the browser is closed;
‘Web beacons’ (counting graphics) are electrical graphics, also known as “one-pixel images”, which enable recording or analysis.

Which cookies do we use?

In the case of so-called ‘third-party cookies’, i.e. cookies from third-party providers such as Google Inc., you will also find a link to the latest version of their privacy policy known to us.

Deactivating cookies

There are several ways to manage cookies. The help button in the toolbars of most browsers shows you how to stop accepting cookies, how to be notified when a new cookie is set and how to block cookies. If you block cookies, you may not be able to register, log in or use the services to their full extent. Think about which pages you would like to use cookies on.

Web-Analyse: Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics from Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. These analysis services use cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to the servers of the web analysis services (in the case of Google, to the USA) and stored there. These analysis services will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. We have decided to prevent Google Analytics from tracking your IP address (ip-masking). This happens automatically and you do not have to do anything.

Data protection tip
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

Google Maps & Fonts

Our website uses products such as Google Maps and/or Google Fonts.
The operator of these products is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Google Maps or Google Fonts plugin, a connection to Google’s servers is established. Data is transmitted to the Google server (e.g. the page you visited, browser, operating system).

DATA PROTECTION TIP
You can find all information about Google’s data processing in the current version of the privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Collection, processing, use and transmission of personal data

We only collect data from you (except in the context of web server logs) if you provide it to us yourself in order to use one of the services we offer (e.g. sending information material, enquiries, contact forms). This data is then processed and/or used exclusively to provide the services. The transfer of data between our website and ourselves takes place directly by means of simple forms. These generate classic e-mails and send them to us. This content is transmitted directly and is not stored on our web server.

Social media

Our website links to our social media pages. These buttons are simple links and do not transmit any data.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

DATA PROTECTION TIP
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Further information on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Data security

All website data is stored by our web server in the Falkenstein computer centre. Both we and the provider use technical and organisational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. You can contact our webmasters at datenschutz@native-media.at at any time.

SSL-Verschlüsselung

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Minors

Children and young people under the age of 14 may not transmit any personal data on the Internet without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Please note that our websites are not intended for or directed at young people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18.

Links to other websites

This website also contains links to other websites. However, the privacy policy described here does not apply to these websites. We ask you to visit these websites directly to obtain information about data protection, security, the collection of data and the regulations on the forwarding of data. We cannot be held liable for measures emanating from these websites or for their content.

Right to information, cancellation, blocking

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to

Correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

If you have any further questions on the subject of data protection, please write to or email datenschutz@thezero.at.
